We’re excited to announce the Yew St Food Hall World Cup Challenge hosted by YEW Street Food Hall, proud sponsor of the Kamloops Rec Soccer League.

Each of your teams will shortly be assigned: (using a random generator – results will be time stamped and shared in rep chats.)

  • 1 Top 24 FIFA ranked country
  • 1 Bottom 24 FIFA ranked country

Teams will earn points throughout the World Cup by attending games at YEW Street Food Hall.

⚽ HOW TO GET POINTS

Players earn points by attending World Cup games at YEW.

  • Group Stage = 1 point
  • Round of 32 = 2 points
  • Round of 16 = 3 points
  • Quarterfinals = 4 points
  • Semifinals = 5 points
  • Final = 6 points

🔥 If one of your assigned countries is playing:

POINTS DOUBLE.

👕 JERSEY BONUS

  • Any national team jersey = +1 point
  • Jersey for a country playing that day = +2 points

👨‍👩‍👧 FAMILY BONUS

  • Wives and children = Half points

✅ RULES

  • Team sign-in sheets are kept behind the bar
  • Team reps are responsible for sign-ins
  • Players may only sign in once per day
  • Only rostered players count for full attendance points
  • Staff decisions are final

📊 Standings will be posted after each round of games.
